When I asked for documentation of a flu shot, they persisted for 30 minutes that I was wrong, until they found it in my billing, but not on my chart because no one can actually do their job.
These people love to never answer the phone, I have sat in the waiting room and called, and watched them look at the phone ring, while they talked amongst themselves or did nothing at all. If you ever call, they will almost always have you leave a voicemail, to which they will not respond.
I ashamed to tell people that this is my doctors office.
Please do not go here.
The doctors love to laugh at you when your sick, and no one actually knows what they are doing because half of them are students.
On the rare occasion that they do respond, the ladies are very rude. They make it very clear that we are annoying for wanting to set up an appointment,
I was referred to Rowan Pediatrics after I was having some issues with the doctors at another office, and I couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office is amazing! The doctors, nurses, and front receptionist are all nice, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable. We've been taking our son here for 3 years now, and now we take our baby here. I would recommend this office if you're looking to switch doctors, or if you are looking for a great pediatrician for a new baby :)
If you want a doctors office that answers the phone, that gets back to you, and a group of people who actually know what they are doing, for your own sake please do NOT go here. I have had doctors tell me that they do want to waste their time on me with a strep throat test because my tonsils are not swollen, to which i have kindly responded that I do have tonsils :), and even I can tell that (I am a nursing major, and they're really easy to see/not see). Plus there's always the documentation of a surgery I had to get them removed.. (Yes people do have tonsils grow back, but mine have not).
